Bridge House

Residential and EMI Care Home

Ebbw Vale – Gwent NP236ET

Bridge House is located in the town of Ebbw Vale, in the county of Blaenau Gwent. Ebbw Vale is a town at the head of the valley formed by the Ebbw Fawr tributary of the Ebbw River in Wales. It is the largest town and the administrative centre of Blaenau Gwent county borough.

Bridge House is within walking distance to the local town centre with its shops and restaurants, a library and even a Learning Action Zone. We are only a short walk from our local bus station, with regular buses providing access to the surrounding areas, however, if you prefer private transport you can ask at reception for details of our local taxi rank. There are also ‘places of interest’ just a short drive away, such as the beautiful Bryn Bach Park, as well as theatres in Beaufort and Abertillery.

Our home is made up of two adjoining buildings, with capacity for 36 residents.

"I am extremely pleased with the care Mum has received since entering Bridge House Care Home. The staff are extremely caring and go out of their way to ensure Mum's needs are met. As family members, we always receive a warm welcome and are fully involved in Mum's care. There is such a lovely atmosphere and plenty of laughter which I particularly like. If any difficulties arise, and we have had none, they are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. I am extremely grateful to everyone who works at Bridge House and would like to say a big thank you. I would definitely recommend this care home"
